- All Reservations subject to 12.75% state and local sales tax and a $30 (plus tax) administrative fee.
- We will honor any booked reservation at the rate in force when booked.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Holiday rates apply - Christmas, New Year's week, MLK and President's Day Weekends, Bristol Spring and Fall NASCAR Race weekends.
- All rentals are subject to a $200 security deposit to be authorized on credit card (not a debit card).
- Rates and terms anticipate that the rental is subject to North Carolina Vacation Rental Act. If you are here for some reason that is not a vacation, let us know.
